The Oakland A's Got Their Newest, Greatest Fan Last Week..

I got a message last week from a concerned friend of Aspen's mom. Aspen's mom had just given birth but didn't have a newborn photographer planned and wasn't sure if she would be able to make it within the newborn time frame. Aspen's dad is a pitcher for the Oakland A's baseball team here in Northern California and due to dad's crazy schedule and the consistent travel, newborn photos were looking to be a difficult task to accomplish. I replied to her sweet friend and told her to come to the studio asap! I love being able to capture these sweet moments when families didn't think they would be able to happen.

I was able to take in sweet Aspen a day or two later, and I'm so glad I did! Aspen was such a sweet little girl and was just in awe of her mommy which was way too adorable to watch.

The love for her mommy definitely showed while mommy held and snuggled her during our session. Daddy was playing baseball on the night of her photoshoot so he was unable to make the photos, but the A's were able to get their first win of the season that night!
